Marta Charleson, M.S., B.S., NRP
Program Director
Program Director for RICTC and an experienced EMS professional and educator, serving in the field since 2018. She holds a Master’s degree in Immunology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus in Neuropsychology, along with a certificate in Anthropology. Marta is a certified BLS, ACLS, and ALS instructor, as well as a Stop the Bleed (STB) instructor and TECC certified provider.
She brings a strong foundation in both science and clinical practice, combining academic expertise with real-world EMS experience. As Program Director, Marta oversees program development, academic standards, and student outcomes, ensuring a high level of educational quality and compliance. Her dedication to evidence-based practice and student success helps prepare future providers for the complex demands of modern emergency medical services.
